Post your favorite motivational or inspirational quotes. They can be current or historical, popular or obscure. They can even be original to you or just some favorite song lyrics, but make sure to give proper credit.

Then, when you need a boost, check out some of these gems to lift your spirits.

  3. I have a couple Work out videos from Jillian Michael's that I borrowed from my friend. Jillian says something that I loved and wanted to share... I Googled it and all I found were the ones I pasted on here below.

    But what she said was something like:

  8. I was given this quote in YW when I was maybe 16 and I decided to repeat it daily or as often as I could. I had it memorized. It really helped me to realize that I AM THE ONE IN CONTROL OF HOW I FEEL AND WHAT I DO,NO ONE CAN MAKE ME FEEL ANYTHING UNLESS I LET IT GET TO ME...
